An ATP-BINDING CASSETTE TRANSPORTERS subfamily protein that is localized on the canalicular membrane of HEPATOCYTES, as well as on the apical membrane of EPITHELIAL CELLS of the DUODENUM, JEJUNUM and PROXIMAL RENAL TUBULE.
