Progressive Renal Failure with Hypertension

Hereditary (autosomal dominant) nephritis characterized by progressive renal failure and hypertension. Kidneys show interstitial fibrosis and some glomerular sclerosis and atrophy and patients usually have increased serum CREATININE but do not have PROTEINURIA. OMIM: 161900
