Abstract | BACKGROUND: METHODS: We have conducted a systematic review of the treatment strategies of uterine leiomyosarcomas for the last ten years. RESULTS: CONCLUSIONS: Despite the efforts of the clinicians dealing with uterine leiomyosarcomas, the optimal therapeutic algorithm is yet to be described.
