A GAP JUNCTION delta subunit containing four transmembrane domains expressed in the PANCREATIC BETA CELLS, retinal CONE PHOTORECEPTOR CELLS, hippocampal INTERNEURONS, and dendrites in the OLIVARY NUCLEUS and THALAMIC NUCLEI.
