The deposition of calcium phosphate calculi within the SEMINIFEROUS TUBULES. It has a population prevalence of 0.6 to 9%, is associated with a majority of primary TESTICULAR NEOPLASMS, and is present in 1% of idiopathic cases of MALE INFERTILITY. May be associated with mutations in the SLC34A2 gene. OMIM: 610441
