Abstract | UNLABELLED: CASE PRESENTATION: A 44-year-old man whose anginal pain recurred 11 years after CABG. Coronary angiogram revealed stenosis and a large aneurysm in the circumflex coronary artery. Previous grafts to the left anterior descending coronary artery and diagonal branch were patent. Ligation of the aneurysm and internal mammary artery bypass grafting were performed. Postoperatively, the patient has remained asymptomatic. Our data indicate that CABG for FH patients is effective in the early postoperative period.
