[The combined-action preparation Sipralinat in the treatment of suppurative diseases of the soft tissues and osteomyelitis of the bones of the foot].

Abstract
Sipralynate is a powder containing the broad spectrum antibiotic sisomicin, the enzyme protease C and the polymer carrier sodium alginate with a drainage capacity promoting wound regeneration. The clinical trials with sipralynate showed that it was highly efficient in the treatment of patients with suppurative infections of the soft tissues and ossa pedis osteomyelitis. The tolerance was good.
