Abstract | BACKGROUND AND AIMS: APPROACH AND RESULTS: CONCLUSION: Our study indicates the pathogenic role of mPGES-2 and outlines the mechanism in mediating NAFLD, thereby highlighting the therapeutic potential of mPGES-2 inhibition in liver steatosis and steatohepatitis.
