Abstract | BACKGROUND: CASE PRESENTATION: CONCLUSION: The differential diagnosis of chronic GVHD should be a concern in BMT recipients with persistent gastrointestinal symptoms and eosinophilia. Ruxolitinib may be a treatment option in children with a steroid-refractory disease.
