Abstract |
Cystic fibrosis ( cystic fibrosis) is an important medical and social problem. The main clinical manifestations that determine the prognosis and outcome of this disease are changes in the respiratory and digestive systems. In recent years, there has been an understanding of the importance of assessing pathological changes in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in patients with cystic fibrosis. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES: Assess the efficacy of topical antibacterial therapy in adult cystic fibrosis patients after surgery on nasal cavity structures and paranasal sinuses. MATERIAL AND METHODS: In the clinic for ear, nose and throat diseases at Sechenov University, 46 adult patients with cystic fibrosis and chronic rhinosinusitis were observed; all patients underwent extended endoscopic polysinusotomy. According to clinical studies, Isofra nasal spray is highly effective and safe in the treatment of patients with infectious diseases of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses. FINDINGS:
