Abstract | BACKGROUND: CASE PRESENTATION: CONCLUSION: The presence of multiple, large coronary artery aneurysms is very rare. Treatment can be challenging and should be individualized. Surgical treatment is recommended for giant coronary artery aneurysms to prevent potential complications.
