[Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Caused by Fibrous Dysplasia of the First Rib].

Abstract
The purpose of the case report is to present the case of a 42-year-old woman with thoracic outlet syndrome caused by fibrous dysplasia of the first rib treated by surgical therapy through cervicothoracic approach by Grunenwald with complete vascular and partial brachial plexus preparation.
