Abstract | BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: METHODS: Interventional case report. CASE: An 83-year-old woman presented with decreased vision 1 month after uneventful cataract surgery. After failure to respond to posterior subtenons triamcinolone and three Ranibizumab injections, the patient responded to one intravitreal aflibercept injection. Recurrence occurred two months later, and therefore three monthly injections were then given. Again the patient responded although recurrence occurred two months after treatment. The patient refused further treatment. CONCLUSION:
