Abstract | BACKGROUND: AIM: METHODS: RESULTS: CONCLUSIONS: Childhood seronegative autoimmune hepatitis includes a spectrum of disorders. Early liver histology is recommended and, if compatible with autoimmune hepatitis, immunosuppressive treatment should be started. Initial lymphocytopenia may indicate future hematological complication.
