Abstract | PURPOSE: MATERIALS AND METHODS: RESULTS: CONCLUSIONS: The sensitivity of the top-down approach for detecting high grade vesicoureteral reflux was lower than previously reported. Further study of novel methods to identify children at risk for renal scarring is warranted.
