[Analysis of experiments on kinetics of recycling of asialoglycoprotein receptors on the basis of a mathematical model].

Abstract
By means of a linear model of receptor-mediated endocytosis experiments on the kinetics of binding and internalisation of asialoglycoproteins were analysed, as well as the dependence of ligand binding on the cells of human hepatoma HepG2 on asialoglycoprotein concentration in the medium described earlier. The kinetic constants of the process were determined. The analysis presented discards the hypothesis advanced by Schwartz et al. that at high concentrations of asialoglycoproteins in the medium the recycling of receptors of the tumor cells of HepG2 is inhibited.
