Abstract | OBJECTIVE: METHODS:
Fludarabine 30 mg.m(-2).d(-1), 3 - 5 days, Ara-C 1.5 g.m(-2).d(-1), 5 d and, G-CSF 5 microg.kg(-1).d(-1) were used to treat 7 cases (10 times) of refractory and relapsed leukemia. RESULTS: Of the 10 times, nine showed response to therapy; one case died of complication. Neutropenia begin at the time of 5 - 12 days after the regimen initiating and last 5 - 34 days, thrombocytopenia begin at 5 - 18 days and last 5 - 36 days. The adverse reaction includes hyperamino transferase, pyrexia and diarrhea. CONCLUSION:
