Protocadherins

Members of cadherin superfamily involved in cell adhesion and cell-cell interactions in neural development. They are subdivided into clustered (cPcdhs) and non-clustered protocadherin (ncPcdhs) depending whether their genes are tandemly arranged in vertebrates.
