Mouth protectors made of Erkoflex or Erkoloc sheets are moulded in an Erkopress device under a vacuum, while the TranSheet/Perform and TranSheet/LiteLine mouth protectors are constructed of a hard outer shell (Triad TranSheet, light-cured polyurethane dimethacrylate) and a soft inner part against the labial surface of the front teeth (Perform or LiteLine, both light-cured polyurethane dimethacrylate), thus minimizing the impact on individual teeth and better preventing dental traumas.
