[Intensive treatment of patients with surgical sepsis by means of dioxidine and hemosorption].

Abstract
Results of the treatment of 48 patients with surgical sepsis are analyzed. In 24 of the patients hemosorption with charcoal SKN-2M was used, in 18 patients the intravenous injection of dioxidine was included in the complex treatment. The use of hemosorption and dioxidine made the treatment 5,7 days shorter and reduced lethality.
