[Metabolic disorders in diabetic retinopathy].

Abstract
The results of the analysis of quantitative and qualitative lipoprotein metabolic disturbances in subjects with diabetic retinopathy are evaluated. The author discusses the role of the high level of various lipids in the pathophysiology of diabetic microangiopathy.
