Abstract | OBJECTIVES: PATIENTS AND METHODS: RESULTS: After 1 month of Tadalafil 5mg treatment, IPSS decreased and IIEF-5 and Qmax increased. The difference between two assessments were statistically significant. CONCLUSION:
Tadalafil 5mg once daily in the treatment of BPH/LUTS is found to be successful in patients who failed previous alpha blocker treatment.
