Uterine Didelphys

An abnormality in which the MULLARIAN DUCTS do not properly join to form a single uterus during embryological development instead resulting in complete duplication of uterine horns and duplication of the cervix. Double uterus is associated with double cervix and vagina and sometimes renal agenesis.
